I am creating a spreadsheet of banks that allow or restrict transfers to exchanges

Anyone can edit the spreadsheet, and I would appreciate it if you could add information about your home country or a country you are familiar with. I want to make this spreadsheet the primary source of information for Bitcoin-friendly/unfriendly banks and a name and shame for the banks that restrict transfers.
