I don't know ANYTHING

I'm from a country that is drifting towards an authoritarian regime. With that in mind, I want to buy Bitcoin: anonymously, without exchange companies, without anyone knowing.

But I don't know shit about Bitcoin. I don't know how a wallet works, I don't know how to buy, where to buy, how to store, the multiple paths to these things...

So, is there some kind of "roadmap" that I can follow? How can I learn? I've searched a lot about this, but can't find anything actually useful.
