I Think I Got Scammed by WWW.BTCPURSE.TOP regarding Crypto

Hello... I think I got scammed by this www.btcpurse.top.

I was trying to withdraw around 60000++ USDT but when I noticed that the funds have not arrived in my OKX wallet. I asked customer service and they said I need to pay around 11,000 USDT tax before it arrives in my wallet. Otherwise, if I don't pay the tax, my money will be waived to social services institutions as advised by their customer service.

Because I lack money to pay the 11,000 USDT tax... I advised customer service to waive the money and transfer it to the social services institutions.

Now they are saying that I have to pay within the deadline otherwise this will be brought to court and I will face jail time.

Honestly this scares me. Is this true that I might go to jail? Or are they just scaring me?

Truthfully if I have been scammed, so be it, I don't care about the money that I had lost. I just don't want this to be filed as a criminal case against me and be imprisoned.

Should I report this to the police? This is really scaring me...
