I want to buy my first bitcoin (or satoshi) in a non-kyc way and here's why

So I just want to pay for services that I don't want my bank to know. For example vpns, livecams, etc. None of those are illegal services. I just don't want to let my bank know that I've made a purchase from these services.

In the past I've used prepaid cash cards but unfortunately I've moved countries, those are not available where I am. So that's no longer an option.

Now the only option that remains is crypto. Every exchange I've looked at requires KYC. They want your drivers license, passport, and a selfie. I think that's ridiculous. Anyway, it is what it is.

I just want to know if there's an exchange that lets me topup my crypto wallet using just a card or paypal. Once I have money in that wallet, I'll then throw it in a mixer and make it a bit more anonymous.

So anyone know of such crypto exchange at all?

(Edit: added a bit more context.)
