In a dilema should i sell?

Now I know the common thought is to hold and it breaks my heart to post this but is it worth it to sell my bitcoin for surgery? I have about 0.15 of a BTC and need to 6k CAD to afford it. Obviously no one knows the future but itd probably be selling at the start of August. This surgery isn't life or death but It also causes a great deal of discomfort and mental health issues. Would u guys sell at that time or hold and wait till November?
