Is Coinflex a scam?

I closed all my trades months ago when Coinflex froze withdrawals and Mr Lamb CEO advised closure.

Yesterday I received a liquidation notice to a trade I never opened taking my remaining balance.

It looks like they couldn't cover the losses on my closed trades with my Flex collateral.

They waited until yesterday and valued Flex at 22 cents when the trades were closed at Flex value of $4.26.

I never signed their new TOS and had no access to the site.

I really don't think they have good intentions from this evidence and good luck getting the smartBCH BCH back.
