Is it safe to store all my money in a cold wallet on Trezor?

Hi guys, I'm looking to save a considerable amount of Bitcoin, and I use a Cold Wallet (Trezor One), and this is all my savings, I would like to ask, in fact no government nor Trezor itself would be able to access my Bitcoins without my permission using a cold wallet?
