Is P2P worth the risk?

Looking to start regularly purchasing DCA via non KYC P2P from moving forward, but wondering if it's worth the risk? I've read about some pretty terrible experiences and have come to the conclusion it's the unregulated wild west.

I'm accepting this as the risk you take if you want non KYC, but is this really more trouble than it's worth?

And if I am to use any of these services, should I be wary of any one in particular?

I've heard Bisq, Hodl Hodl and Robosats are good, Noones and Peach are average, and Paxful and Vexl are risky.

Any experiences or suggestions?
