Is Satoshi Nakamoto Really Just One Person?

When you think about everything Satoshi Nakamoto achieved with Bitcoin, it feels almost impossible for it to have been the work of just one person. Bitcoin required deep knowledge of cryptography, programming, economics, and game theory mastery in all these areas is rare, even for a genius.

The Bitcoin protocol was flawless at launch, and Satoshi managed to maintain complete anonymity while perfectly timing Bitcoin’s release during a global financial crisis. Could one person really pull all this off? It seems more likely that “Satoshi Nakamoto” is a pseudonym for a team or organization working together.
