Is there any difference in using a sentence for a passphrase or a bunch of random words?

In terms of security in the event that some malicious entity has your seed phrase and is attempting to brute force your passphrase is it more secure to use a list of words for a passphrase like "Chess Fork Barbeque etc" compared to "i love beans"? Of course the latter is easier to remember perhaps.
