is there any other decentralized crypto other than bitcoin.

Being involved in the crypto market for well over a year, I am now seeing the advantage of (bitcoin) having a coin where nobody can make any changes or forks or updates or change anything about the coin at all. is there another coin where changes can not be made? Where Everything is set in stone like bitcoin?

The bitcoin model allowing less and less mining as time passes seems very good.

But wouldn't it be better if bitcoin could be permanently burned also? Decreasing the total supply.
