Is there anyway to easily monitor my wallet without access to the physical private keys and without making my xpub vulnerable to exposure?

My wallet is in another country and I send bitcoin to it monthly (I have a large list of addresses).

It would be useful to access the balance etc. But I don’t wanna use trezor lite as my xpub could be exposed.

Is there another alternative?
