Issue with BitPay MasterCard gift card - need help!

I recently bought 2 MasterCard gift cards through BitPay. After the purchase was completed, it now says “transaction in review” and I cannot access the funds.

Why on earth do I need to wait up to 72 hours to access my money when I’ve already paid in full?!?!? And how do I remedy this without having to wait that long for them to fix this?
