It's a lot of onus on you if you are your own bank and there is no insurance to back you up. This is why I don't just go around recommending bitcoin to just anyone, I have to trust them and believe they will be responsible. They can't even keep their own personal information or passwords safe. I told one friend in the past, and he told everyone how he has crypto and got into arguments with people, told people about me having cryptos and an estimate of how much I have. One time one of his other friends showed up to my house asking for money, even though I never ever knew this friend of his or knew why he even knew where I lived. (I am no longer friends with the loudmouth friend and moved away after my lease expired)
