Legit question

If Bitcoin maximalists are primarily focused on making money, why don’t they fully invest in and promote Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to trigger the 'flippening' and potentially drive BCH to $100K? Wouldn’t that ultimately make them wealthier than sticking with BTC? What is it that makes them so determined for BTC to succeed instead?
