let's talk business

thought

each cryptocurrency is like their own startup/company and the employees are the coin holders. anyone can join, add value, and participate in profits.

  • what is our mission?
  • how are we doing?
  • forward thoughts

mission

our mission is to bring more economic freedom to the world. we do this by offering a p2p electronic cash system which is fast, simple, reliable, low cost, and decentralized. as adoption of our product (BCH) grows, the likelihood of it becoming the new global reserve currency grows. this takes power away from money-printing, centralized, corruptible governments and gives it to the people (decentralized, un-corruptible).

how are we doing?

like any company, we can measure bottom-line success by tracking market share growth against competitors (fiat/other crypto). currently seems like we're struggling in this area, but there are indications of strong underlying growth (merchant adoption, BCH adopted as legal tender) which should pave the way to increasing market share over time.

forward thoughts

focusing on worldwide adoption seems like the right approach. i think another effective way to gain market share is to onboard influencers. i was surprised Elon Musk didn't end up joining the BCH camp since i thought his interests aligned a lot with ours (furthering humanity). im pretty sure if he did join, it would've been the catalyst for BCH to overtake BTC. but i wonder if we could onboard other people/groups that could have the same effect? not sure how we would onboard them or if it's even possible. maybe there's someone really smart out there that can figure this out.
any strategies you can think of? who are some good candidates that also align closely with the mission?
