leverage

Hello everybody been trying to learn about trading and this topic is just pretty confusing as i start to learn about position sizing and stuff. If i am using 10,000 dollars on 10 x leverage to buy something priced at 1000, and it goes to 2000. would my return be 100,000? dont worry i realise the danger of this and am not intrested in using it, just thought it would be good to know.
