LocalCoinSwap -- anyone use it?

As a 'test' of sorts, I created an account, and went though all the KYC to make an offer. It took a while but I was approved. And I just made some offers.

I say "test" but in reality, I'm not wasting anyones time and am ready to make a deal if anyone replies.

But here is why I'm asking if anyone uses it... Most people, buying or selling, are offering to buy/sell at 3-6% above/below market price (if they're a buyer or seller), or even higher depending on the payment method.

I made some offers with 0% markup/discount. I got no replies at all. So then I though "Okay, everyone else is offering to buy at 2-4% below market, so I'll actually buy ABOVE market.". I did this for various stable coins. Where I offered to pay MORE than $1 ($1.03 to be exact). Still no takers.

So if others are trying to sell stables at ~$1.05, or buy them at $.95, I can't imagine they're having much luck if I'm not able to buy them OVER $1

I even listed my BTC as an offer to buy for 3% OVER market price (everyone else us 3-5% under). Not a single offer.

Anyway, maybe it's just because my account is new. Maybe I need to do some small trades with people I know to boost numbers but I didn't want to game the system. I just wanted to offer to buy BTC at a fair price from people (in person, the way God intended :)
