Lock-up investment for 5-10 years

I have had a strong belief in Bitcoin as a long-term store of value since I first learned about it in 2017. Over the years I have been an active participant in the market, whether that was buying Bitcoin outright or more recently purchasing via ETFs. Unfortunately I'm human and at various points over the years I've let my emotions get the better of me. I've sold on the dips and bought at the tops - you know the drill. My question here is how can I override my impulses as an investor in the most effective way? I want to buy into this and hold for 5-6 years without any ability to sell or change my mind. are there any services that facilitate this?
