Lost 3 bitcoins i have been collecting for the past 7 years, destroyed my wallet.

Cold card… I’m trying to be calm and I’m not even panicking. I’m not in the US and I’m following every advice. I’m afraid that I will collapse after this. What the hell i can do??? Help!
