Minimum btc withdrawing amount

I have owned btc for a while. Never used it for a purchase. I want to do so now, though.

I realised that my purchase of .0002 does not meet the minimum withdrawal amount I currently need to do so. Minimum withdrawal is .001 or .002, depending on which wallet I wish to use.

The question is, how would I make a purchase for .0002 btc?
