Money to Wize Bank account

I am a complete novice at this but was wondering if anyone has been called by block chain recovery department about Click to Sell that shut down about four years ago? I have and they have asked me to put $32,000, into my own Wise Bank account and no where else, to be able to recoup the money. Can anyone who has had this happen to them or deal with them, share their story please?
