Multibit 2016 Bitcoin recovery wallet

Hi everyone.
I just found an old multibit wallet.aes.json and I have the words but no password.
Could someone help me to recover it and see how many bitcoins were in this 2016 wallet? Thanks so much to anyone who will help me
