Multisig and Trezor Safe 7 BTC only

I plan on creating my entropy for my other two wallets via dice rolls. Should I create a seed for the Safe 7 or allow Trezor to create it for me? I am reading the the Safe 7 is very good for creating a strong seed phrase. That said I would like to see what others are thinking about this question?
