Need help to buy BTC

Here in India, ALL major exchanges have suspended crypto withdrawals. There are no offers on P2P exchanges as well, some that I found were selling on unreasonably high premiums. All this is extremely unfair, the govt just won't let us nerds collect things they claim are worthless anyways. Since 1 of of every 7 people on earth are Indians, if Indians start hodling, it would make a big dent. Does anyone know how I can buy some BTC in such a scenario? Indian bitcoin sub is of no help
