Need help to swap Bitcoin

Im tryint to swap BTC into other assets without a CEX, It's kinda confusing as every route I find either requires KYC, has liquidity thin enough that the rate is terrible, or involves wrapping BTC.

What are you guys using for straightforward (and non-custodial) Bitcoin swaps?
