New to bitcoin

Hi, I’m in the UK and have £10k i want to put into bitcoin, I don’t mind losing all of it so it’s not a big deal for me.

I am new to bitcoin, is Coinbase the best place to buy as a beginner in the UK?

Also is it better to put all of it in one go or is it better to start with smaller amounts?
