No Response from Blockchain.com Despite Repeated Attempts to Withdraw BTC – Seeking Community Advice

I'm dealing with a deeply frustrating issue at Blockchain .com and hoping to gain insights or hear similar experiences from this community.

Background:
I’ve been trying to withdraw my BTC since the price started to rise over a year ago. Despite providing all necessary documentation, Blockchain .com has completely ignored my withdrawal request. Each time I submit a new ticket to address this, they simply tell me to respond in the original ticket—where I've already left dozens of unanswered replies.

The absence of any substantive communication from Blockchain .com, raises concerns that my funds are being deliberately withheld.

Attempts to Resolve:

• Multiple communication channels have been used, including direct emails and social media outreach.
• I've tagged top management in tweets to attract attention.
• Each new ticket I open is met with the same frustrating directive: "Respond in the original ticket," which remains unanswered no matter how many times I reply.

Seeking Your Input:

• Has anyone here faced similar ignoring tactics from Blockchain .com or other exchanges?
• What steps did you take that helped you break through the silence and get a response?
• Are there specific legal avenues or consumer protection agencies that you would recommend contacting?

P.S. from some investigation I saw an opinions that this company has some problems with their financial ratings which means it operates as usual but can hold your money forever (I don't actually know how is that not scam and why they can even operate?). But that is just some private opinion to discuss as for now.
