Opinions on my next move

TLDR;

Do I buy a house next month and buy bitcoin after, or start buying bitcoin again now and keep living with my parents?

About a year ago I had 3.5btc and lost it on leverage like the degen regard I am (leasson learned). The price went up almost 2x like a month later and sent me into a depression, ended up losing my job and it took me about 6 months to emotionally recover.

Once I got over it and got another job I really wanted to get start stacking again, but I decided to pay off all my debt and save up for a house instead. Im at the point now where I can start shopping for that house I wanted, but seeing BTC over 100k and knowing the supply shock that would happen if governments start to FOMO has me feeling like this is genuinley my last chance to get a substantial ammount of sats.

Im in a very fortunate situation, I make enough that i could buy a house this month and then start stacking after, and If prices stay at around these levels I could still end the year with a couple BTC, but theres no guarentee prices wont go a lot higher. But at the same time theres no guarentee that house prices wont also go a lot higher once interest rates fall.

Idk, I have a history of making terrible choices, crypto has been keeping me up at night and I'm hoping someone says something that clears my head. Knowing how much I've lost is driving me crazy, and I really just want to start getting that back ASAP, but I'm also way too old to continue living with my parents.

What would you do?

I know this post is kind of pathetic and cringe so sorry in advance lol
