Pending transaction

I sent Bitcoin on 5/20/24 and the transaction is still showing a pending status. How do I fix this? Who should I be asking to fix this? I've reached out to the exchange but so far they are giving very generic answers back. I believe this is has gone long past the sit and wait phase.
