People who’ve been here multiple cycles: does this feel like a bull market?

I bought my first bitcoin in 2021, averaged down during the bear market, and intend to HODL through the next one. My question is whether this current period feels any different to previous bull runs. My memory of 2021 was much more mania and volatility. Everything seemed to happen faster. Now we have relatively little downside volatility (so far) and instead have periods of consolidation followed by leaps up. Was it like this prior to the parabolic phase in previous runs?
