Please recommend me a new hardware wallet and exchange

So I am currently 100% cold storage on a ledger nano s, and I use Coinbase to make btc purchases. I am also (as of today) 100% btc, in terms of digital assets at least.

Ideally I would switch from Coinbase to something else and move from my ledger to a better hardware wallet. I have heard a number of good things about different exchanges and cold storage options, but I just want to see what people recommend now and why. I’ve heard of swan and river, as well as coldcard, blockstream jade, etc.
