Question about bitcoin purchase I did

So I’m buying something for $75 and I sent the Bitcoin to the seller, it was via cashapp bitcoin

I had to make a new cashapp a couple months ago so it’s a new address and I’m being told it’s 1/3 confirmation so I was wondering if this is normal or no? And how long it usually takes to get 3/3?
