Realistically, how much time do we have until the world realizes that bitcoin is a solid investment

I’m sure you all might ponder about this too, but I always worry that I won’t ever have enough bitcoin before the rest of the world realizes how great of an investment it is. So is the bitcoin community pretty niche compared to the whole population? And it’s hard to measure this, but if we had to guess, how much time until the average person realizes that it’s a good idea to buy?
