Regret listening to friends and family

Years ago when I was first getting into BTC I was pretty excited for it and believed it would continue to grow despite me not fully understanding it at the time. Me being dumb, I would talk about it to others but I got told that I shouldn't be investing in that and to only invest in traditional assets. Me trusting them I stopped stacking sats for a few years while only focusing on traditional safer investments.

Only recently have I came back to BTC after studying it and now fully understanding it and I keep thinking about all the sats I've missed out on had I not been influenced by others.

Just wanted to get that off my chest.. anyone else had a similar experience?
