Researching borrowing money against bitcoin

Hi All,

I had a good meeting with a company called Salt yesterday, this is for borrowing against BTC rather than selling to retire, I'm 60 years old and, UK resident.
Is anyone already a customer of Salt? My main worry is handing over BTC.
