Rich people aren’t DCAing. Why should you?
We’re standing on the precipice of one of the biggest wealth transfers in the history of mankind, and into the hardest asset class anyone has come up with so far.
Rich people know, and they’re YOLOing everything they got plus their grandma and buying the fucking dip. Yet this sub is hell-bent on recommending to each other to DCA $10 per month into bitcoin.
I call bullshit.
Given bitcoin’s huge upside potential and volatility, an early market entry is critical. Lump-summing always outperforms DCAing over a hodling period of 4+ years.
So while you’re saving $10 or $100 per month in bitcoin because someone on r/bitcoin gave you some sound investment advice, running your entire life after 1 BTC, people who have lump-summed everything they could find are racing past you so fast you can’t see them, and you will henceforth support their wealth with your drip-irrigation delayed market entries, when really you were supposed to front-run them.
Don’t listen to me either. I’m also just a random anon on the internet. But consider the math: DCA advice is a shill tactic employed by the elites to hold you down while they gobble up bitcoin as fast as they can.
Neither of the two opposing investment tactics absolves you from being level-headed and responsible with your money. As in don’t ruin your family over it. But if you have money to invest safely, better do it all at once rather than delay it while the price rises over the long term, deteriorating your entry points. It’s just math.
