Self custody achieved

Today I officially own my Bitcoin, my sats are off the exchange and I have an air-gapped hardware wallet. It was a little nerve wracking to actually commit but after two test transactions I did it. My keys, my hardware, my responsibility. My next step is to figure out lightning, I'm interested in trying some real life purchases, assuming I can find a local merchant.
