Sell now or wait a month?

Hi all, my spouse and I just put an offer on our first home. I’m currently holding about 1 bitcoin, and have been saving it for our down payment. Of course, at one time I was hoping it would make a more sizable dent in the payment, but I am aware and comfortable with the swings in the market. My question to you all is should I begin selling off now at around 60k, or should I wait a few more weeks while we iron out the offer and hope the price goes up? I know no one can know for sure, but I would love to hear some opinions. Much appreciated
