Selling my 3 bd. Apartment in Málaga, Spain in BTC and came here for advice on various things;

First is where would you advertise? It seems btc specific sites are not very popular and full of scammers

What precautions would you take at the time of selling? Not regarding the transaction, I've been a Bitcoin since 2018 But regarding notary, sell taxes... The transaction being done on BTC would have any repercusión I need to be aware? Yes, i will inform myself with professionals but r/bitcoin sometimes is better
