Should I transfer from 3 exchanges to cold wallet like this?

I have certain sats on three exchanges, A & B & C My plan: - transfer all sats from A & B to C - then transfer all from C to cold wallet - then I got one UTXO instead of three

am I doing it right? any blind spot?
