Smart BTC investing strategy?

I auto deposit $200 in BTC purchase via Coinbase every Monday.

For someone who doesn’t necessarily understand the full scope, but wants skin in the game, is this a decent strategy?

I don’t have the patience or wisdom to time the market and make lump deposits when I think it hits a low.

Thoughts?
