Starting to invest with minimal capital, still a good idea?

Wanting to buy something like $20 a week worth of BTC on an ongoing basis. Seeing as it's already near ATH is it sensible/worthwhile to enter the space now, especially as I'm only talking about investing with such an insignificant amount. To still make money investing in Bitcoin it feels like one should be investing in the thousands, not the tens. Am I wrong?
