[Testnet3] Puzzling CPFP transaction pair not propagating through the network.
I had some LN channels on Testnet that I wanted to close out. The channel reserve was low so the close TXN didn't have enough of a fee to make it into the mempool. So I crafted a CPFP, and found a testnet node tbtc1.trezor.io that was accepting low fee TXNs to insert the pair. Worked fine, but I noticed the pair are not propagating through the network very quickly and was curious as to why.
In mempool (combined fee: 569 sat/vb)
- Parent 411f0c...22f375 tbtc1, blockcyper, blockchair (1 sat/vb)
- Child 71164f...612d31 tbtc1, blockcyper, blockchair (1500 sat/vb)
- Address tb1qrn...ytaxzt tbtc1, blockcyper, blockchair
Out of mempool
- Address tb1qrn...ytaxzt tbtc2, mempool.space, blockstream, sochain
So... what protocol rule is allowing these pair to propagate through three testnet nodes I found, but not through the other four testnet nodes I found?
