The Fed just raised rates and Bitcoin went UP. Can someone explain this to me?

Trying to learn how macro affects crypto and I'm already lost. The Fed raised rates for the first time in 3 years last week which is supposed to be bearish for risky assets. But Bitcoin went from $80k to $86k right after.

Best I can figure is oil prices dropped hard at the same time and the Trump-Xi meeting these days is making people optimistic, so those just outweighed the hike? Is it always like this where 3 things happen at once and the market just picks which one to care about? Would love an explanation from someone who actually gets this.
