The free market has spoken, Bitcoin Cash is not what it chooses.

This sub is full of people who believe that Bitcoin is only dominant because some moderators in another sub suppressed the shilling of Bitcoin cash.

The market wants Bitcoin, the market wants decentralized nodes and a low barrier to verify the network.

The Bitcoin brand is mainstream. Bitcoin Cash will always be a shadow unless it can rebrand.

Bitcoin will force governments to be honest and have good monetary policy. Dishonest governments will be killed by the sunlight Bitcoin sheds.

This will benefit the average person more than being able to be their own bank. The average person cannot manage their own passwords properly. They certainly cannot manage their own seed phrase. Bitcoin is not for everyone, but it is for anyone.

Bitcoin will never need to be a currency that people use day to day (although it can be with lightning network). It will be digital gold that backs all currencies and fixes the money by forcing governments to compete with honest monetary policy.

The citizens have been given the power to opt out. Spending weaker money is more desirable than spending harder money. Fiat and Bitcoin will coexist, but Bitcoin cash will continue to be overshadowed.
