The quantum argument

So basically most bitcoiners, when somebody asks them about quantum say: "well, quantum will fuck up everything and bitcoin will be the last target''. Has it even occured to you that centralized organizations like for example the government, can update software much, much, much faster? So no, when companies have quantum computers, they will likely be unable to steal nuke codes, or access your bank account. To my knowledge Biden has already started implementing quantum proff software in the govt. They will be able to access satoshis coins tho. I would love a detailed answer from a conscious bitcoiner, not from cultists. What do you expect to happen with satoshis coins in such a scenario? How fast can bitcoin approve a change like that? Do you expect it to be on time?
