The U.S. Government Holding Bitcoin Cash in Its Strategic Crypto Reserve?
With all the discussion about the U.S. government establishing a Bitcoin strategic reserve from confiscated funds, I started wondering if Bitcoin Cash might also be part of that reserve. It appears that there is a case for this: I came across an account that seems to be linked to confiscated Silk Road funds in Bitcoin Cash. The funds are transferred to a BCH address around 10 min before the confiscation transaction of the BTC.
The address is:
bitcoincash:qqrkjml7h3ymnc7ydd9m5r9s9hnqectmluwpxezd9a
The current balance is 69,370.18366005 BCH.
Why isn’t there more talk about the U.S. government holding Bitcoin Cash? Or have I just missed the conversation?
