This is getting too much...

I know this will downvoted but I still need to say it here.

Recently I have been seeing more and more posts of people that made very questionable decisions and dumped their entire savings into BTC or encourage family to speculate as well. They post it here and many applaude this financially irresponsible behavior by upvoting and commenting it. Srsly, dumping your entire retirement into something as volatile is simply not a financially wise decision.

This is a situation where an upvote actually has a real life impact. This subreddit used to be informative on catching up with the latest development on cryptocurrencies but it has changed over the years and it has become what is now and it is affirming what critics if this subreddit have been saying all along... That it's wild speculation.
