I bought a Trezor over a year ago and just went to set it up the other day to transfer sats to it and the touchscreen wasn’t working right. I emailed Trezor support and they were phenomenal. I sent them a video of what it’s doing and they are sending me a new one. The whole process was quick and painless. WTG Trezor
